Rev. Patrick Opare-Obuobisa is an Electrical Engineer by profession and a Theologian. He is the CEO of WISGOD Services and a Representative of BUCHMANN Medical Care & Services (Germany), he is also a representative of SUBVICK CO. LTD (Pharmaceutical) United Kingdom. He also represents STERI-7 CO. LTD (United Kingdom)
He is the current Head Pastor of Action Chapel Madina. He is married to Mrs Rebecca Opare-Obuobisa with four children.
He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of HBM
Emmanuel Nicholas ODDOYE is a lover of Jesus and a Minister of the gospel. He is the Founder and President of Music and Worship Arts Foundation-(MAWAF) in Ghana with the mandate of Sending Healing Worship To The Nations.
Mr. Oddoye is a board member of Hephzi Beulah Movement.
He is also a member of the Governing Council of the Fountainhead Christian University College based in Tema, Ghana, and serves on Apostolic Leadership Team of the African Relief Mercy Ministries and Calvary Church of Coastlands in Ghana. Nicholas is also a prophetic teacher and has an Apostolic calling with a pastoral heart. He is the author of Effective Practical Evangelism and Worship! Passion For A Lifestyle.
He is an international Conference Speaker, a father, mentor, counselor and consultant in Church Ministry especially in Worship Arts and Ministry to Church choirs and Gospel artists.
He is peacefully married to Grace and they have been blessed with three wonderful and amazing children- Abigail, Deborah and Nicholson.





Reverend Dr. Akuamoah Boateng is a board memeber of HBM a pastor with the International Central Gospel Church(ICGC). He has a special grace and operates strongly in the healing and miracle gifting which has affected many nations of the world. He was an Associate Pastor of ICGC Miracle Temple in Tema for 15 years.
After graduating from Adisadel College, he trained in Freight Handling and Forwarding. Rev. Dr. A Boateng was an astute businessman whose area of specialty was into exporting various items including timber to France, UK, and USA. He was also into road construction and pineapple plantation and production of pineapple juice.
He is married to Mrs. Annette A. Boateng with 3 children namely Nana Fosuah, Nana Boateng and Maaame Sika.
Ernestine Adiasani read Journalism at the University and she is the Executive Director and a board member of Hephzi Beula Movement.
Born about three decades ago Ms. Adiasani is into full-time ministry for the greater part of her life. She enjoys ministering through music, teaching and helping the needy.
Having been part of several projects aimed at empowering the needy and uplifting the self confidence of the despair and vulnerable in rural communities across the country, God laid on her heart to do more through this Movement.
Colonel Vida Otoo is a self - motivated, creative, compassionate, adaptable individual with good problem solving and communication skills. An Administrator, Manager, Educator, Motivator, Counsellor, Mentor and a role model. She is also a board member of HBM
A professional nurse and midwife with specialization in Public Health Nursing. A military officer with 37 years working experience. Served with the Ghana Armed Forces Medical Services in many capacities and held many appointments including Matron of 37 Military Hospital and Director of Nursing at the Headquarters, Ghana Armed Forces Medical Services (GAFMS), Burma Camp and retired honourably in 2017.
Graduate of University of Ghana with a Master's Degree in Public Health, fellow of the West African College of Nurses, foundational fellow of the Trinity Theological Seminary with Master's degree in Ministry.
Served with ECOMOG and United Nations Peacekeeping Missions in Liberia, Congo and Lebanon. Also served as a member of the 12 Governing Board of the Nursing and Midwifery Council Ghana.
A Christian who is striving to fulfill the great commission, loves the Lord and has great passion for the youth. Married with four children.
